Parents planning on enrolling a student at Bundaberg West State School are required to complete all of the attached documents. These can be downloaded from this page or collected directly from the school office. If you have difficulty downloading the documents please contact the school office and they can be mailed to you.
When completed please post or deliver the documents to the school and arrange a time for a pre-enrolment interview with one of the administration staff.
Students who have not previously been enrolled in a Queensland state school will be required to present an original birth certificate.
