Before school
Due to safety reasons, students should not be at school before 8.15am in the morning and should not play on play equipment in the playground.
*On arrival, Prep-Year 2 students sit quietly in the JCA (Junior Covered Area) and Years 3-6 students sit quietly in the SCA (Senior Covered Area) where they are supervised until the first bell at 8:45am.
*Roll marking occurs between 8:45am and 9:00am.
Students arriving after 9:00am should obtain a late slip from the office before moving to the classroom.
Class times
8.45am - Students get organised for class.
8.50am - Students are in class for roll call and daily messages.
9am - First session - 2 hours.
11am - Morning tea - includes designated periods for eating and play.
11.40am - Second session - 2 hours.
1.40pm - Lunch - includes designated periods for eating and play.
2.20pm - Third session - 40 minutes.
3pm - School finishes.
After school
Due to safety concerns, students should not stop to play but make their way to their meeting place for parents/carers. There are three main gates to for entry and departure. Please ensure you develop a set gate to meet as routine.
Before and After School Care
The SCA is the supervision area for any pick up and drop off service. Buses drive into the Hall car park for safety and students are supervised until collection.
